COVID -19 protocols
There will be several points of gel disinfectant stations on board the ship on both decks and in port before boarding.
There will be a mat at the entrance of the boat with a disinfecting solution for customers’ shoes.
Everyone who participates in our excursion must wear a mask.
The crew will be required to wear a mask and gloves.
Shifts will be made on board for sighting of dolphins or whales in small groups to avoid concentrations of passengers in the same place.
Depending on the capacity we are allowed by the Canarian Government, rows or free seats will be left between passengers, which will reduce the available seats on board.
The boat will be disinfested at the beginning and at the end of each excursion.
During winter, we recommend that Passengers bring warm clothing. Please note that our courtesy blankets that are distributed on board will no longer be available.
Passengers on Dolphin Search with swim stop must bring their towels for use after enjoying the swim stop.
Information sheets will be available inside the boat with the protocol to follow (masks, hand cleaning, distance between people, etc.)
We offer Dolphin & Whale watching cruises every day (except Sunday).
Your cruise duration will be approximately 2 hours, including 1 complimentary soft- drink.
Transport can also be arranged from the resorts located in the South of the island of Gran Canaria.
